The Get IT Real Process, How IT Works. DVSP™ Shoot Digital Video Sales Presentation

Step 1 of the 3 Easy Steps to the MVLS™ 
(This step replaces the regular Open House)

• A property is staged once, in the best light, for a Get IT Real digital shoot 
  (versus having multiple showings or public open houses).
  
  Amateur or professional photographers comprehensively capture the property using the Get IT Real IT Cam™ or regular Video Cameras. We call this walk through tour a DVSP™ or Digital Video Sales Presentation. The digital video is placed in a folder along with whatever disclosure and sales information the seller wishes to include in the propertyies marketing.

Step 2. Transmission of DVSP™ through Get IT Real’s IT-I2™ Network

About the DVSP and the IT Cam™:

• The DVSP™ shows the same way a physical walk-through tour would, except the virtual nature of the DVSP™ allows valuable freedom in the sequence of the showing. For example the best side of the property can be put forward first, something which might not be possible in a physical walk through. A professional sales person presents the property in the shoot or adds audio after the shoot. The broker can utilize their best spokesperson/salesperson or even a celebrity to present the property in the DVSP™.
• Key to the production of the DVSP™ is the ability to digitally capture and replicate the top presentation of a property.
• The digital disk from the IT Cam™ may be simply copied and pasted onto an IT Studio™ (or a regular PC) for further processing and editing beyond what can be done on the IT Cam™ itself. The IT Studio™ brings Hollywood style effects to any digital video created on the IT Cam™. The interface is a simple as a desktop publishing environment.  No professional editing skills are not necessary. The IT Studio™ is also capable of encoding video from regular video cameras or VCR’s.
