CopperCards Guard
Key to CopperCards is our community infrastructure. CopperCards is as
much a community as it produces products for our members. Each CopperCards community is
restricted to no more than 1,000 people and no less than 12. We call the group a
CopperCards Guard. A
CopperCards Guardian is responsible for coordinating the CopperCards Guard and
assisting members in understanding how to apply the CopperCards toolset.
The Guardian coordinates and educates members. Members stand together to
apply the law in the essence of governance by "we the people".
Whenever the corporate government carries out a
false arrest, seizures or evictions they tend to swarm their victim with their officers.
Before the person knows it, there are four to eight cops swarming them and
pressuring them to give in to their 'offer' to go into the officers custody or
to hand over their cars or homes.
CopperCards is forming a counter response called
"CopperCards 119". When a CopperCards Member is being mugged or is served a
seizure or eviction notice, they call CopperCards 119 and we send out an alert to members in
the immediate vicinity of the 119 caller. The CopperCards Member's
Guardian will also be alerted and the CopperCards Guard network will spring into
action to come to the aid of their fellow Member. Officers quickly behave
when they are confronted by citizens with video cameras and recorders.
CopperCards is equipping our
members with the legal means and procedures to
carry out lawful arrests of officers who violate their oath to obey and
uphold the Constitution. Key to these services is thorough education of
Members and the CopperCards Guard Community. Government in the U.S. is
meant to be by "We the People" and not some banker-backed corporate agent.
CopperCards makes it so, by simply providing Members the tools our Founders
designed for us for the very problems we face today and the Community to uphold
the law.
• CopperCards Courts (Separate Integrated
Entity)
CopperCards will provide a Common Law Ecumenical
Court which utilizes technology to offer a substantially more efficient and just
adjudication than the Arbitration Process what businesses are forced to insist
on because of the rampant corruption in the Superior, Appellate and Supreme
Courts.
The CopperCards Court will provide a
network based trial by jury system that complies with the Constitution
and Common Law. There will be no judge trials in the CopperCards
Courts. Prior to any parties bringing their cases before the
CopperCards Court, they must first go through the Common Law
Administrative Hearing process, if that fails to resolve the issues
before filing in the court, the parties must go through non-binding
mediation/arbitration. CopperCards Court will provide mediators or
the parties can select their own mediators or utilize for example the
American Arbitration Association. The mediation/arbitration phase
is similar to a trial by judge, except it is non binding, the
mediator/arbitrator has to get the parties to agree and stipulate in
order to settle the case..
The parties to a suit will submit their
cases digitally to the CopperCards Court in the form of written and
recorded pleadings and arguments (Text/Audio/Video). The parties
will submit their argument and responses dynamically. The Jury will
receive the parties submissions in their own time and evaluate the
arguments and evidence. Once the parties have finished putting
forward evidence and their argument, they will call the jury to
deliberate on the case. Jurors can also call for deliberations
based on evidence or lack of evidence to bring an end to the case.
Jurors do not need to give up their jobs to sit on the jury, they can
evaluate the evidence and arguments in their own time and after hours.
There will also be an option for parties to a suit to request an expert
jury (expert jurors will be paid for their services, billed to the
requesting party).
The CopperCards Court will provide a
process that is efficient and cost effective which strictly complies to
the Constitution and Common Law. It is no different to businesses
enforcing Arbitration through for example the American Arbitration
Association, excepting for the compliance with trial by jury under
Common Law & the Constitution.
• CopperCards Insurance
(Concepts Under Development)
One of the significant scams conducted by the government is the
impounding and theft of arrest victims vehicles (90+% of whom have not
been proven guilty before the arrest and punishment). In this scam, the
police organize with one of their private collogues to tow and store an
arrest victims vehicle at outrageous rates, forcing the victim to pay
the tow company before they can recover their vehicle. If the person
does not claim their vehicle within 30 days the police sell the vehicle
and keep the proceeds.
CopperCards Tow Insurance provides AAA type tow service in the event
of an arrest, saving significant towing and storage costs while also
preventing the government from stealing the vehicle.
CopperCards In-Custody Insurance provides invaluable service to
persons arrested. An 800 number and immediate legal assistance in the
form of CopperCards is provided to the member while behind bars in
addition to services such as placing cash on the members account in jail
to make the incarceration more bearable.
CopperCards Bail provides discounted Bail Bonds service to members.
This allows them to avoid paying excessive Bail Bond fees that are now
rampant across the nation.
• CopperCards In-Custody Services
CopperCards service agents are made available to members at discount
rates to provide services while in custody.
• CopperCards Bank (Separate Integrated Entity)
CopperCards will also provide members revolutionary new banking through
InfoTelesys:
See CopperCards Bank Note, the
CopperCards Bank will be a separate entity to CopperCards.
