CopperCards Membership
A
free generic process all members sign up for with basic
informational services, functions and some critical complimentary
CopperCards such as the Eviction, Health and Arraignment Cards.
CopperCards ID
The
CopperCards ID provides members with identification that can be
verified through local CopperCards Guardians. The CopperCards ID is
intended to allow a member to help avoid arrest and avert governmental
intrusion into privacy. By providing a human interface through
the Guardian, CopperCards ID provides a significantly improved means
for reducing identity theft. The card may also provide ancillary
functions and services not yet announced.
CopperCards Law
Fundamental law every citizen must know including legal procedure,
how to interact and respond to the government and lawsuits. Key
cautions in what to do and what not to do. Constitutional
restrictions on government and steps the government must adhere to.
Basic mandatory elements to every criminal charge. The trial
process including Judge and Jury rights and authority. Basic
know-how on self representation and handling legal counsel.
CopperCards Traffic / Vehicles / Rights Of Way
How
to deal with traffic stops and tickets including officer notice,
agreement to administrative common-law hearing, DUI, avoiding
arrest, vehicle impound/recovery and traffic court. Many traffic
tickets do not conform with the law of the land and can only be
prosecuted when you agree to appear in traffic court.
CopperCards Health
An
abundance of natural and low cost highly effective remedies are
available for treating and preventing many ailments. CopperCards
Health provides proven methods in simple card form for treating
different ailments. Each of these comes through long standing
and respected sources from across the world.
CopperCards Family Law
Superior Courts setup as corporations across the nation claim, in
blatant violation of the law, to be courts or equity where the
parties are not entitled to a trial by jury. To make matters
more absurd, in many States these 'family' courts have even
abandoned the concept of 'fault' and justice. However, the
State and judges claim to have the right to determine the 'best
interests' of children over parents and relatives is perhaps what is
the most outrageous, since such a claim places the State and Judge
as the Head of Family and turns the U.S.A. into a Communist State.
CopperCards Family Law provides members with essential law and
procedures in dealing with government intervention into the family.
Child custody law, divorce law and the Constitutional ramifications
that have been abandoned and ignored by the courts are addressed,
providing significant impetus for protecting those at risk. Methods
and law in dealing with Child Protective Service and Adult

CopperCards Criminal Law
CopperCards are likely to have the greatest impact in the Criminal
Law sector where the government has abandoned the law and entered
into the pre-crime prosecution industry which is dependent largely
on the fraudulent blackmail of plea-bargains. These cards address
warrants, arrests, searches, arraignment, writs of Habeas Corpus,
how to initiate and handle discovery, handling false charges and
plea bargains. The U.S. is the world’s leading Police State,
CopperCards Criminal Law is an invaluable asset to anyone residing
in or traveling in the U.S.
CopperCards Tax
CopperCards Tax provides the law regarding taxation in the U.S.
The U.S. Constitution does not prohibit tax, however, Article 1, sec
2, 8 & 9 U.S. Constitution. dictates that there may be no direct tax
or uneven tax other than a uniform tax apportioned among States. The
IRS, State and local County Tax collectors have abandoned the law
and impose unconstitutional taxes on citizens. Claiming
authority under the 16th Amendment, which was never ratified and
which could not have been since it is blatantly unconstitutional,
these private corporations have asserted the right to impose taxes
on the public. CopperCards provides with the necessary tools to
challenge these unconstitutional practices.
CopperCards Banking &
Financial Services
The Federal Reserve Bank is a private corporation. Owned by a small
group of men, this corporation manufactures money out of nothing.
This bank has been responsible for initiating most wars and
depressions since they were formed in 1913.
Jefferson said “If the American people ever allow the banks
to control the issuance of their currency.. the banks and
corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the
people of all property, until their children wake up homeless on
the continent their fathers conquered.”
CopperCards Banking and Financial Services provides a tool set
including the CopperCards Mortgage Card for citizens to directly
challenge this fraud that has stolen homes and businesses for
generations. With CopperCards simple, easy to file, boilerplate
lawsuits, anyone can file against these banks and credit card
companies forestalling or eliminating foreclosure.
CopperCards Land
Prior to the 1930’s most citizens owned their land under Allodial
Title which prevents the government from taxing, entering or abusing
the sovereign control the owner under that form of ownership.
Consulates are examples of property that remain under Allodial
Title. When you enter a foreign consulate you enter into the
jurisdiction of that consulate and, effectively, another country.
The few privately owned properties that remained under Allodial
Title since 1930 are, for example, not found on County Tax maps.
Nevada has instituted a formal procedure for re-establishing
Allodial Title. CopperCards will be forming a service that guides
and assists property owners in reclaiming Allodial Title on their
land.
CopperCards will additionally be providing suites to assist in the
establishment of Cities and Counties. This service provides
important redistribution of government back to ‘We the People’.
CopperCards Recovery Suits
The only U.S. Constitutional Amendment to ever be repealed was
rescinded as a direct consequence of 70,000 lawsuits being filed
against the government. CopperCards Recovery Suits suite provides
individuals with the tools, procedures and forms to initiate and
prosecute a claim and law suit against the government. The Recovery
Suits incorporate ground ‘reversing’ arguments that enforce
government accountability guaranteed under the Constitution. This
section of the CopperCards suites is likely to have the greatest
impact in bringing the government back in line with the law.
CopperCards Corporations
The CopperCards Corporation suite provides the tools that enable
individuals to properly form their own corporations and legally
minimize taxes. This suite promises to bring members significant tax
savings that will pay for the service many times over.
CopperCards Commercial Law
The Commercial Law product provides tools complementing the
CopperCards Corporation suite and includes standard contracts and
procedures for operating a business. The service may also expand to
provide Arbitration Services to members.
CopperCards Insurance
One of the significant abuses conducted by the government is the
impounding and theft of arrest victims vehicles (90+% of whom have
not been proven guilty before the arrest and punishment). In these
instances, the police organize with one of their private colleagues
to tow and store an arrest victim's vehicle at outrageous rates,
forcing the victim to pay the tow company before they can recover
their vehicle. If the person does not claim their vehicle within 30
days the police sell the vehicle and keep the proceeds.
CopperCards Tow Insurance provides AAA type tow service in the event
of an arrest, saving significant towing and storage costs while also
preventing the government from stealing the vehicle.
CopperCards In-Custody Insurance provides invaluable service to
persons arrested. An 800 number and immediate legal assistance in
the form of CopperCards is provided to the member while behind bars
in addition to services such as placing cash on the member's account
in jail to make the incarceration more bearable.
CopperCards Bail will provide discounted Bail Bonds service to
members. This allows them to avoid paying excessive Bail Bond fees
that are now rampant across the nation.

The government has abandoned the “innocent until proven guilty”
construct of law in the U.S. Citizens are arrested for non-crimes on
hearsay and allegations known to be false and baseless. Being
arrested is an arduous and frightening assault on one's liberty.
Often the victims of the police are strip searched and abused in an
outrageous manners. The CopperCards In-Custody Service makes our
CopperCards service agents available to members at discount rates to
provide services while in custody. Simply having someone contact you
from ‘the outside’ is a tremendous relief for those abused by the
police.

Officer and Military Support
CopperCards Officer and Military Support is designed to provide
citizens in office and service the tools to protect their legal
rights. Consistently now, public servants are ordered to break the
law in the most extraordinary and outrageous manner possible,
including orders to commit murder, kidnap and grand theft. Contrary
to courts acting under the color of law, public servants are not
immune to prosecution. There is absolutely no constitutional nor any
provision under Common Law to authorize public servants to commit
crimes with impunity; public servants are as liable as any crook,
murderer or kidnapper. This tool set provides members the means and
support to stand up to and oppose unlawful and void orders. A
soldier who is ordered to conduct a blatantly illegal invasion and
ordered to commit murder needs our support. An officer who is sent
to kidnap a child or unlawfully evict people from their home needs
to know how to protect his job while refusing to break the law. This
service offering will integrate with local community to provide
backup and support for officials who are placed in extremely
difficult positions.

Courts
Courts throughout the nation have become clearing houses for those
who control government to commit criminal acts. Completely
abandoning the Constitution and common law, judges and commissioners
write code optimized to strip citizens of their rights and money.
Family Law courts claim, in blatant violation of the 1789 Federal
Judiciary Act, to be courts of Equity where there is no right to a
Trial By Jury thus eliminating one of the foundational principles of
common law and the Constitution. Judges, commissioners, CPS and APS
rush in to kidnap children, the handicapped, and old people,
literally implementing a so-called 'no-fault' system for carrying
out kid-napping and thievery of all kinds.
CopperCards Courts will provide the infrastructure to make
Administrative Hearings under Common Law, Mediation Services and
Trial By Jury available to people seeking low impact dispute
resolution. These courts will provide the means to operate trials in
a distributed asynchronous fashion utilizing digital means to
improve efficiency. That is, the trial is run without forcing jurors to
take time off, spending days or weeks in court. Holding to strict
Constitutional Law and Common Law CopperCards Courts offer a
refreshing new way for citizens to obtain fair hearings. Trial by
Judge is not supported in these courts, they will conform to Samuel
Chase, Supreme Court Justice and signer of the Declaration of
Independence and Common Law's dictate that "The jury has the right
to judge both the law and the facts". Parties to the case are offered
either random jury selection or expert jury selection; All jurors
shall qualify for impartiality & subject matter expertise; Trials
are conducted dynamically employing electronic means where possible
without interference by State or judiciary.
CopperCards is a religious association which allows CopperCards to
provide Ecclesiastical Courts which are higher courts than the
Supreme Court.

How to purchase CopperCards
CopperCards products are provided through our
CopperCards Guardians
or online. A new member chooses their Guardian or CopperCards will
assign new members to a Guardian. Guardians form a CopperCards Guard which is a
community of no more than 500 members. CopperCards Guardians are responsible for ensuring you receive the highest level of
service and care from CopperCards, they are here to take care of you.
Your CopperCards Guard community provides association and events in your area
for education, entertainment and emergency response.
