Note where Judge Burdic hand modified the attorneys attempt to prevent Clive from communicating
with his children in #10.  When Clive asked the church attorney, Dennis Kehoe if they indeed wished to
prevent Clive from communicating with his own children, Kehoe, refused to answer, clearly indicating
that this was indeed their intent.  This behavior is particularly interesting as it parallels the criminal
behavior of Judge Michael E. Barton who literally kidnapped Clive's children so as to silence Clive after
the Santa Cruz Sheriffs assassination attempt of Clive on March 10, 2003 failed.
