Third letter sent to parents.

Dear Parents,
Interestingly, after years, I was
eventually contacted by TLC. This morning I received a call from John
Christerson an attorney representing TLC. John called to inform me that
there was going to be an emergency hearing in the Santa Cruz Superior
Court tomorrow because the church was seeking a restraining order
against me! When I sued the sheriffs, DA, Judges and Anamaria and
Tichatschke, I chose not to sue TLC because they claim to be Christians,
now TLC is taking me to court!
It has been more than four years since
the cops shot at my boys and I and kidnapped my children. However, now
all of a sudden when I publish a DVD exposing the outrageous crimes that
have and continue to be committed against me, all of a sudden the church
needs to get a temporary restraining order against me.
Clearly after four years, it is blatantly
obvious that Anamaria’s allegations that I am somehow dangerous are
absurd lies like the ones she made which apparently got the cops to
attempt to blow my head off in front of my boys in the first place.
It’s a foregone conclusion that the
sheriffs, DA and judges maliciously prosecuted me to eliminate the
liability of shooting at an innocent father in front of his children.
They refused to even make any appearances in the case I field against
them, an admission of guilt under the law. The absurdity of the charges
they filed against me are best illustrated by the fact that they charged
me with a felony for driving at an alleged 40 mph along my private road
(irrefutable evidence proved I was driving 27mph). However they don’t
throw my neighbors in jail for six months when they regularly drive at
40 mph and faster down our private road. And they don’t order anyone
else to not communicate with their kids for three years if they drive 40
mph down their private roads.
Could the administration at TLC have any
other purpose other than attempting to silence me so as to prevent the
crimes that they have committed from being exposed? Are they also
desperate to try and make me look like the bad guy to cover up their
faults?
I am the one being shot at, I am the one
being thrown in jail under false charges. My kids have been kidnapped.
Surely a restraining order needs to be filed against the violent and the
lawbreakers which are the cops, DA, Judges and Anamaria.
Imagine not being able to see or talk to
your children from Monday to Friday every week! Is not the Church now
also legally enjoining in on the kidnap and hostage taking of my
children?
Are their actions the actions of Christians or the actions of the other
side? Would Christ do what they are doing? Did Christ say that we must
obey unlawful authority? Did Christ say we must support government
officials who are criminals and lawbreakers?
Imagine yourself in Nazi Germany. As a
Christian, should you have supported Hitler and allowed Jews and others
to be murdered in the Nazi Concentration camps? Astonishingly, the very
people behind our government were the very people who funded Hitler –
google “Prescott Bush” (the grandfather of the current judicially

through Haliburton contracts, the Military Commissions Act, Army
Regulations 210-35 (Civilian Inmate Labor Program), congressional
letters, and visits to the sites that our government has a massive

camps are sitting empty, in preparation for what?
Is the fact that I am publically exposing
the extreme and outrageous crimes our government is and has committed
the reason they continue to assault me? And the reason they continue to
hold my boys hostage from me from Monday to Friday? What exactly is Twin
Lakes Church’s relationship in this regard?
We are aware that Federal “Faith Based
Initiatives” have been established to employ pastors to calm the

I have no idea what will happen in court
on Thursday afternoon. My experiences to date has been that the
Judiciary actively engages in criminal acts and they refuse to follow
the law. The San Jose Mercury has been running an excellent series
called “Tainted Trials, Stolen Justice” exposing the criminal nature of
our courts. The simple fact that the U.S. has more people in jail,
prison and probation than all the other nations in the world combined,

Why is Twin Lakes Church acting this way?
I preach peace. I am an active advocate and participant of non-violence.
I am well published and have a long and respectable background in this
field and in Silicon Valley – click on “About LFL” for a link to my

When I publish a movie about how I have been assaulted by the
government, is it proper for Twin Lakes Church to seek to legally limit
my access to my children? Should they not be doing just the opposite?
Why is TLC behaving this way? Their lawyer was very concerned that I
suggested that some of the ministers at TLC may be Masons. Is this
really the case? We know the judges who have been maliciously
prosecuting me are. Are senior administrators at the church part of the
group of Lucifarians who have taken control of our nation? (Lower level
Masons are not associated with these practices). Do they secretly
worship Satan? I don’t know, but this I do know, their fruits are the
opposite of what one should see coming from Christians.
I may not be able to write to you again.
It appears that their latest efforts are to silence me and try to make
it look like I am the bad guy. I guess it would be appropriate that I
build a specific section on the Liberty For Life site specifically
covering Twin Lakes Church. If you don’t receive any more news letters,
pleas look for such a section on our site. And pleas pray for me, it is
only by miracles that I am alive today. And please, please, watch out
for Richard and William.
