Note the DVD was handed to all the
pastors of the Church about ten days before Clive sent out this letter
with the DVD to the parents. Twin Lakes Chuch, Inc. only reacted
however, when Clive sent the DVD to other parents at the school at the
church.

Dear Parent,
If you missed the Sunday Chanel 26 & 72
broadcasts of our first chapter of Liberty For Life Dot.Bomb Conspiracy,
the show is included on the attached DVD. My son Richard goes to school
with Jacob, so it is appropriate that you have the opportunity of being
aware of these issues. Actually, everyone needs to be aware of what
happened to my boys and I so that it never happens again.
The DVD tells much of the story and is
also employed as a means to file a formal verified criminal complaint
against all the people who have and continue to assault my boys and I.
Our experiences over the last years have been mindboggling. And I have
been forced to share what no person ever wants to air publically.
Four years ago, on March 10, 2003, Santa
Cruz Sheriff shooting instructor Michael Macdonald ran up to the side of
my car and attempted to literally blow my head off in front of my little
boys. The Deputy was reacting to a fraudulent 911 call my ex wife
Anamaria made. The failed assassination attempt was followed up with
years of malicious prosecution against my boys and I, including an
outrageous order that I not communicate with my little boys. I have
repeatedly been thrown in jail under false charges. The companies I was
building were wiped out along with my successful career. The story is
covered in the DVD.
KSCO Radio show host Tom Quinn called my
ex wife Anamaria regarding the DVD and told her he would like to hear
her side of the story for his radio show. Her response was that she had
no comment. She then told Tom to call the sheriffs. Considering that the
DVD is largely about the crimes Ana and the sheriffs committed, we are
not sure what she meant.
We do know Anamaria lied to the sheriffs
in a fraudulent 911 call the day they shot at me in front of my boys.
After which Anamaria and her lawyer insisted that I not communicate with
Richard and William and she vehemently continued to argue that my boys
be kept from me, which she continues to do to this day. She also refused
to allow us to finalize our divorce or have a trial, or trial by jury,
thereby locking up my finances indefinitely and continuing to enforce
the outrageous and illegal custody order she fraudulently obtained. I
can’t even refinance my own home.
After catching Anamaria in an adulterous
affair more than five years ago with my Personal Assistant Stefan
Tichatschke, I continue to be astounded by her behavior. Her consistent
lies and absurd false allegations make me wonder how it is that Twin
Lakes Church has not asked her to leave. However, I have been the one
Twin Lakes Church has told to not come to school to see my own children.
It is for this reason that I am writing to you as a fellow parent of
children at the school.
The Church’s behavior through the
authority of Mark Spurlock and Rene, has of all elements, I suppose,
been the most astonishing. After the sheriffs shot at my kids and I and
a judge issued an outrageous order that I not communicate with my little
boys, I went to Rene & Mark for help. Andy was also present at our
meeting. I told them what had happened and asked for help. My jaw nearly
dropped to the floor when in response Rene said that he thought I should
stay away from Church for two weeks. I left that meeting stunned and
bewildered.
After about four months of repeatedly
trying to make me sign wavers releasing them, the County eventually
lifted the order that I not communicate with Richard and William and
modified our stipulated custody order (which they have no legal
authority to modify). They would not even let my dad or brother speak to
Richard or William. After literally completely kidnapping my boys for
around four months, I was finally allowed to have Richard and William
three weekends out of four. Immediately, I also started going to see
Richard at school during his lunch break and would play with the kids on
the playground during lunch. Richard, as you can imagine was desperate
to see me, as I him. William was not yet at school, so I had no other
opportunity to see him or speak to him any other time from Monday to
Friday.
I love children and used to teach as
Sunday school, so playing with Richard and his friends on the playground
during lunch each day was an extraordinary blessing during what amounts
to nothing less than the violent kidnap of my boys. Imagine if the only
time you could see or speak to your kids as a consequence of illegal
orders and crimes committed against you was for 45 minuets or so each
day.
The next thing that happened at Twin
Lakes was perhaps even more shocking than René’s first act. I was
sitting with Richard and his friends at one of the lunch tables just
outside the gymnasium while the boys were eating their lunch. Out of the
corner of my eye I noticed a deputy come onto the Church property. Now,
whenever I see a cop, after experiencing all the crimes they commit, I
head off in the other direction. I told Richard that I was leaving and
walked off in the other direction. It turns out that Ms. Simmons the
school Head Mistress, had called the cops to have me arrested! It was
the eve of the 6th month anniversary of them shooting at me, and the
night before I was to file a lawsuit against the cops. They must have
known I was going to file a suit against them the next day, how Ms.
Simmons knew, or was involved, I do not know.
A deputy sheriffs, deputy Griffin (whom I
believe attends Twin Lakes Church) and DA, Bob Lee who also apparently
attends events at the Church along with Assistant DA, Stephen Drottar,
filed another four false misdemeanors against me that day and a warrant
for my arrest. They also literally stole my car off the church parking
lot. (Incidentally they repeatedly refused to return my car to me.
Clearly they wanted 30 days to expire so that they could keep my car. I
had to transfer title to my friend Dave Karabensh and after about three
attempts of him asking for what was then his car back, they eventually
allowed us to collect it after paying them more than $1,200 in extortion
money – there are many more shocking elements to my story).
In that third false case they filed
against me, in what I called the Twin Lakes Church Case, I was charged
for three violations of court orders and for trespassing on the Church
property where I was a member. All were false and absurd. However, again
what was astonishing was the cooperation of Ms. Simmons and Richard’s
teacher, Joy Pitman. Joy Pitman literally wrote a multi page essay
trying to somehow badmouth me for the cops. (If anyone is interest I
would be happy to provide them copies). In the essay, for example, Joy
tries to say how terrible I was because I would throw Richard up in the
air and carry him on my shoulders. Which father or mom or kid does not
enjoy the delight of throwing our kids in the air and catching them?
To this day, I still ponder if my
decision to not sue the church and it’s leaders based on 1Corintians
6:7, is perhaps wrong. I did sue all the judges, cops and DA’s and
Anamaria. They all refused to attend any deposition and not one of them
dared to even make a single appearance in more than a year and a half of
hearings.
By law, my companies, Richard and William
and I have won the multi billion dollar lawsuit we filed against them.
During this period I diligently researched the law and the government.
What I have learned is embodied in the www.libertyfolife.com website. It
is astonishing, I can honestly and legally claim without fear of slander
or libel, that many, if perhaps not most of our government officials are
nothing less than a bunch of filthy criminals.

Department of Veterans Affairs official report that documents more than
73,000 Gulf War vets are dead since 1990 and way more than a million of
our soldiers are disabled as a consequence of those illegal wars.
We are working on new articles
documenting the many billions of dollars the Bush’s have stolen (Google
“Leo Wanta” and Federal Reserve Bank). We have all been spun lies and
deception by our government. The situation is so severe that if they can
literally attempt to blow the head off of a good man, kidnap his kids
and throw him in jail with impunity, what’s next? Concentration camps?

In regard to Twin Lake Church, not once
has any pastor visited me or called me to see if I am ok, or if there is
anything the church can do to help (other than being sent standard email
invites on men’s sports outings mailing list). Rene at least once called
to apologize for telling me to stay away from the church for two weeks,
but that was it.
It is not that the pastors are unaware of
what is going on in my case. I emailed them all the evidence and many of
the court pleadings I filed. I also gave each of them a copy of this DVD
more than a week ago.
I know the pastors were aware that former
DA/Judge Art Danner was a serious criminal, because they told me they
knew. It figures that a church with a couple of thousand members in a
relatively small town would have the inside scoop on some of the things
going on in town. Judge Art Danner gave me an absurdly sham trial over
the main false case the cops filed against me (They dropped the 3rd
false case, the Twin Lakes trespass Case). In the trial, Danner
literally allowed the cops to submit lies, hearsay and double hearsay on
the record, he refused to allow me to put any of the substantial
evidence proving my innocence before the jury and literally struck my
testimony from the record. Danner’s memorial service was carried out at
Twin Lake Church.
What I have recently learned, is that
many of the local officials who have been assaulting my boys and I are
apparently Masons. What I also now know from multiple sources is that
the Masons carryout rituals that are identical to witchcraft and Satan
worship rituals. With Twin Lake’s leadership’s behavior, I have started
to wonder if some the leadership in the Church is not perhaps connected
with these Satanic links? It is well known that Satanic cults
purposefully infiltrate churches and strive to place their members in
churches as pastors and in other leadership roles. I must emphasize that
I do not have any proof of this, my suspicion is based on the behavior
of the church leaders. Their fruits in this regard are not in the least
bit Christian.
Clearly, leaders at the Church,
especially Mark Spurlock and the former Head Mistress Ms. Simmons and
including Rene, are fully aware of what amounts to serious criminal
actions by the church against my boys and I. They have consciously
enjoined with a group that maliciously prosecutes the innocent. Falsely
arresting and maliciously prosecuting innocent people is a terrible
crime. Participating in the kidnap of children from their parent is a
horrific criminal offence.
I do not know what to do regarding the
behavior of the Church towards my boys and I. Maybe I should have sued
them. They certainly are not acting like Christians.
I am writing this letter to you and other
parents of Richard and William’s classes, not knowing what to do. I do
not even like setting foot on the Church’s property, my gut curls up in
mixed emotions of hurt, bewilderment and disgust. However, it continues
to be agonizing to not be able to even speak to my boys from Monday to
Friday every week. What should I do?
I bought Richard a cell phone so we could
speak to each other in the week, however Anamaria wont let him keep it,
and she wont let him or William call me, which is in blatant violation
of our current void custody order. By our stipulated custody order and
law, my boys should be living with me. However, neither the Sheriffs nor
DA do anything when she breaks the court orders and she repeatedly
breaks them and the law. They also did nothing about the cop shooting at
us.
When you tuck your kids in bed every
night, when you get a hug or a smile from you little ones, think of my
boys and I.
In Christ’s love, which never ceases to
