Why do we allow history to repeat?  How many more Cambodia's, Vietnams, Afghanistan's, Iraq's must US Marines invade?  How many more "Hitler's"?  How many more jails? How many more victims?  Until we hold those accountable who fund and enable these world wide crimes they will only increase.

Clearly when you sue the State judges have no power because you are suing their boss. Only juries can hear the case.

"The Lawful Constitution for the United States of America end with the Missing 13th Amendment NOTE: Following the British invasion and burning of the White House and the unlawful 'Un-Civil' War, none of the Amendments to the Constitution following the ;missing' 13th Amendment proposed in 1810 and ratified in 1819, are lawful because the Union is no longer lawfully formed. May's Thought:
First read the quote below.  The act of handing money-making rights to a group of foreigners so that they can print money out of nothing and lend it to us plus interest is clearly absurd.  Yet this is exactly what the Federal Reserve Bank Act of 1913 did.  How is it that such a simple and outrageous criminal act can go unchecked, is it because the criminals running the bank pay off the politicians?

April's Thought:
Elimination of sovereignty of government was the most fundamental construct of the United States of America.  In the USA there is no king, queen or pope, the people are sovereign unto themselves and the government is the servant of the people.  How is it that government officials today literally claim the treasonous construct of sovereign immunity when they are caught committing crimes?

Bankers have taken control of our nation and military.  Fed Caused Great Depression and they are doing it again.  How much longer are we going to allow a band of criminals to make money out of nothing and lend it back to us plus interest?

February's Thought:
If the Rothschild's of London and Berlin, the Lazard Brothers of Paris, Israel Moses Seaf of Italy, Kuhn Loeb & Co. of Germany and New York, Warburg & Company of Hamburg Germany, the Lehman Brothers of New York and Goldman Sachs of New York and the Rockefeller family are allowed to make U.S. dollars out of nothing, why can't you a U.S. citizen do the same?  And why, when these individuals banks caused the depression are our politicians handing these criminals out trillions of dollars in our debt? February's Law Highlight:

Note the 13th Amendment makes it illegal for any BAR lawyer to take a position in our courts or government.

December's Thought:
The Federal Reserve Bank has been responsible for causing every major depression in the U.S., Chairman of the Fed admits to causing the Great Depression.  When the fact is that the private bank makes money out of nothing then lends it back to the US and we can show that this criminal enterprise has repeatedly brought the US into depression after depression and war after war, how is it that Politicians and the general public have allowed these criminals to control the money supply for so long?

The Fed prints money on paper and by simple computer entry, however they don't make the coins and that's why you don't have $100 coins.  Actually, you could make coins that were significantly more secure than paper notes.  The issue however, is the intent of Article 1, Section 10.  Simply because the Constitution dictates only coin, does that not imply notes too?  The issue at law is also the construct of State Debt verses personal or corporate debt. The Constitution however, clearly states that only gold and silver coin can be used in payment of State Debt.  The  Gold Standard is however not necessarily wise.

July's Thought:
The Constitution is the highest law of the land, every government official taking office must sign an oath or take an affirmation to uphold the Constitution.  Every government official is absolutely and categorically bound to obey the Constitution, if they do not they commit treason and other high crimes.  So why is it that we allow these officials to get away with completely and utterly violating almost every construct of the Constitution?

July's Law Highlight:
Constitution for The United States of America: Article 1, Section 8: "To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union"

Article 1 of the Constitution which lays out the responsibility of Congress (the Legislature), it dictates that the Militia is responsible for executing the Laws of the Union, not any Executive Office created entity such as the CIA or FBI.  Pursuant to the Constitution for the United States of America, which is the highest law of the land, neither the FBI nor the CIA or any entity such as Child Protective Services holds any authority over U.S. citizens!  The Constitution is the law, read it and obey it, especially if you are under oath to obey it!

June's Thought:
The evidence is irrefutable, the blowing up of the world trade center, especially as evidenced by Building 7, was an inside job, the government did it to incite the nation to war with a nation that had absolutely noting to do with the events of 9/11.  If our own government is the terrorist, what does that make those of us who fund this government?  Are U.S. tax payers terrorists?

June's Law Highlight:
Federal Judiciary Act (1789), SEC. 16. "And be it further enacted, That suits in equity shall not be sustained in either of the courts of the United States, in any case where plain, adequate and complete remedy may be had at law."

Clearly the courts have absolutely no authority to force a person going through divorce, bankruptcy or any matter where there is a legal remedy into a court of equity. The right to trial by jury for any civil matter where the controversy exceeds twenty dollars is explicit in the 7th Amendment to the Constitution.

Divorce cases forced through a courts of Equity can be legally overturned pursuant to the Judiciary Act and the 7th Amendment.

April's Thought:
The NWO government in the U.S. treats adults like children and children like adults. The government assumes the role of making decisions for adults and leads children to believe they make their own decisions while being indoctrinated with State controlled education.

Article 1, sec 2, 8 & 9 of the U.S. Constitution dictates that there may be no direct tax or uneven tax other than a uniform tax apportioned among States.  Even if the 16th Amendment were ratified it would be void because it violates the construct of the Constitution.

January's Thought:
The eight year into a Millennium that was greeted with so much hope and expectations, our thoughts have moved from excitement to Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt (FUD).  However, just as the FUD was manufactured by the bankster oligarchy who for the last 100 years have caused wars & depressions, we, like them, have every opportunity to take the world in the direction we want.  Peace is most certainly possible when criminals are prosecuted.  Prosperity abounds when thieves are locked up. However, the criminals and thieves pepper positions in our Judicial, Executive, Legislative, Sheriffs and District Attorneys offices. With 2008 an election year, now is the time to make a bright future with the 1st and not the 2nd Amendment.  Consider the inevitable economic boom if Presidential Candidate Ron Paul were to be elected and the IRS and the Federal Reserve Bank shut down, consider the peace that would ensue when he brings all U.S. troops home.  After all, it is the U.S. that is invading other nations and terrorizing the world.  The U.S. is the one building, amassing and deploying Weapons of Mass Destruction.  However, for Ron Paul to become President every citizen needs to get off their butt and ensure their vote is counted.  Now is the time to act.

Just as the Printing Press ushered in the Renaissance, Internet will usher in a new Renaissance.

January's Law Highlight:
According to the highest law of the land your Rights Shall Not Diminish:  U.S. Constitution Amendment IX]: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." 
I.e. any change to the Constitution cannot deny any rights you already have or diminish them.  The Constitution is the highest law of the land and overrules all other lower laws.  The 9th Amendment makes completely void the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, the 16th Amendment, the IRS and most of the "Code".  The only legal issue is what to do to force the government to follow the law.

Decembers Thought:
73 thousand U.S. soldiers are dead, a million and a half disabled from Bush's Gulf War and million civilians are dead.  Many more will die from the nuclear waste the U.S. blasted into the Gulf.  Yet with all this 'bad fruit', George W. Bush claims to be a "born-again Christian".  Compared to Bush, even Saddam Hussein looks like an angel.  Hussein received many awards for brining his country from one of the poorest to one of the most educated with the best medical facilities and schools in the region.

Decembers Law Highlight:
Since 1878 The Posse Comitatus Act protected U.S. citizens through WWI, WWII, the Vietnam War, the Korean War and the Great Depression from assault from our own military. However, our current administration in early 2006 passed bill H.R.5122 eliminating the Posse Comitatus Act and granting the President the right to commandeer Federal and State National Guard Troops for use against citizens. The bill is entitled the John Warner Defense Appropriation Act for Fiscal Year 2007.  Why we must ask is our administration seeking to move along such extraordinary lines to eliminate laws that protected the U.S. when major powers actively sought to terrorize our nation?  What is our government's intent?

November Thought:
Trial by Jury infers the Jury determines both the law and fact.  However, if a judge decides what evidence can be put before the jury, does the judge not then have complete leeway to fix the outcome of the trial? And if the appellate courts are run by judges without any jury, then surely a person is denied a trial by jury if a judge eliminates evidence, arguments or law from being put before the jury.

November Law Highlight:
U.S. Constitution Fifth Amendment:
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, ... nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

If the U.S. Constitution dictates that you can only be arrested on the indictment of a Grand Jury, then under what law are sheriffs, CHP and other police arresting citizens before they have even had a trial?  The answer is simple, none.  NOTE there is no judge or government official such as a DA presiding over a Grand Jury. Grand Juries are government by "we the people".

If a commanding officer orders a soldier to murder innocent women and children, what should that soldier do?
Should he not arrest his commanding officer for ordering him to break the law?

If a President orders his generals to unlawfully invade other nations, what should those generals do?
Should not the generals arrest the President for breaking the law?

Should not the authorities be held to the highest obedience to the Constitution and law?
How come judicially appointed President Bush and his co-criminals have not been arrested?
For goodness sake, we cannot depend on the Attorney General or any judge who the President appoints to do the job.

October Law Highlight:
Only Congress may declare war (Constitution U.S., Article. I., Section 8., Clause 11 & 12):
Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To..:

Only Congress has these exclusive authorities. With the three separate branches of government in the U.S., separate so as to avoid corruption, the Executive Branch/President does not hold any of the above authorities.  Only after the declaration of war by Congress is the President called into service and only at such a point in time shall the President become the Commander in Chief of the military: Constitution U.S., Article. II., Section. 2., Clause 1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Serviceof the United States.- more details

To avoid standing armies and a constant state of war, Constitution U.S., Article. I., Section 8. Clause 12 states: To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years - i.e. the military needs to be shut down.  When one learns that the all the major wars in the last 100 years were artificially instigated by monetary interests, the logic of forcing a shutdown of the military becomes blatantly obvious.

September's Thought:

September's Law Highlight:
The Code is not the LAW of the land (Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Family Law etc.). Section § 22 of California Civil Procedure defines THE LAW OF THE LAND as:
22. Law is a solemn expression of the will of the supreme power of the State.
22.1. The will of the supreme power is expressed:
(a) By the Constitution.
(b) By statutes.
22.2. The common law of England, so far as it is not repugnant to or inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States, or the Constitution or laws of this State, is the rule of decision in all the courts of this State.

Higher law overrules lower law. Lower laws may not infringe or contradict or be in conflict with higher laws. Laws must be ratified by "we the people".

August Law Highlight:
The Grand Jury has not judicial management or oversight.  There is no Judicial Power over Grand Juries.  Grand Juries are formed by we the people and not they the government.  Neither the County, Court nor DA has any rights to meddle or mold Grand Juries.  Grand Juries can be formed dynamically by anyone by randomly selecting 24 citizens from the median of the County.  "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury," 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

If the Grand Jury has absolutely no judicial involvement, then how come judges determine what evidence a regular jury can see?  Does this not give the judiciary complete control over the outcome of the trial since the appeal process is entirely under the control of the judiciary?

If the Constitution dictates that our rights shall not diminish, how come the government does not honor the Constitution?  The 9th makes null and void the great majority of the code and so-called law the government uses to throw more people in jail in the U.S. than the rest of the world combined.

Do We the People in the U.S. have a Sovereign? Is there a king in the U.S.? Sovereign’s in England claimed that because God put them on the throne they could do no wrong, that they therefore were entitled to Sovereign Immunity. Is their any sovereign immunity in the U.S.? Our judiciary believes there is and grant themselves sovereign immunity.  Government officials now claim that when they are caught in a crime they are not guilty. Was not the very construct of the U.S. established for the very purpose of enforcing accountability in government.

March's Thought:
Clearly government in the U.S. is utterly out of control. Since 1913 the U.S. has been run by the owners of the Federal Reserve Bank, in the 1930's one of their men, FDR, implemented socialism in the U.S.. Despite the IRS and other tax bodies having no legal right to collect uneven tax since the 16th Amendment was never ratified, the average U.S. citizen works six to eight months of their year to pay the thousands of forms of tax. There is no justice in the U.S., lawyers and judges rape the public every day. We have more people in jail, prison and on probation than all the other countries combined. We have invaded many nations murdering literally millions of innocent people around the world: three million in Vietnam and six hundred thousand in Iran alone. The Judiciary and not the voters put Bush in power. Almost all politicians have committed treason by violating their oath of office to uphold the Constitution.

March's Law Highlight:
Impeachment not necessary: President Bush was not popularly elected as President, the Judiciary unlawfully put him in power.  Consequentially under the law, it is not necessary to impeach Bush or his Cabinet as he is not the lawful President.  Under law, one can simply go straight to indicting Bush, Cheney and their fellow criminals for invading Iraq and causing the murder of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians and for breeding and committing terrorism and for committing treason against the Constitution.  The same trial as given to his friend Saddam Hussein can be given to Bush and his fellow criminals.  The proper legal forum for such an indictment would not be the Judiciary put in power by these criminals it would be County Grand Juries.  The seat of the law and government in the U.S. lies with "We the People", and that seat is in each of our Counties and not in Washington D.C.  The 11th Amendment precludes Judicial Power in such a case brought against the government by citizens of other States.

January's Thought:
This Millennium was greeted with the toppling of the Berlin Wall, the collapse of the "Communist Threat" signaling a new era of world peace only to be shattered by the U.S. Invasion of Iraq and the demolition of the World Trade Center buildings 1, 2 and 7.  In hindsight the world was entering an extraordinary exciting ear, Internet promised new prosperity, however, a few criminals connected to the U.S. government have been able to reverse the world's direction at great profit to themselves.

Only the Legislature has power to make law: Article I, Section 1. “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Executive Orders are clearly Unlawful and the Judiciary has absolutely no authority to make law or set any precedent for new law.
