| Trial Notes:
The judge would not allowed to discuss Miranda Rights in front of the
jury- everyone has heard the Miranda rights in movie after movie:
"You have the right to remain silent...
Everyone knows you have the right to have a lawyer if you can't
afford one. Clive who has been maliciously prosecuted into
bankruptcy, unlawfully evicted from his home and office and ordered to
not communicate with his children after they demanded he pay an
outrageous $200,000 bail to get out to defend himself, obviously can't
afford to hire a lawyer. The Santa Cruz Court by law had to
provide him a public defender, however, they would not even provide
Clive with one of their own public defender lawyers.
The judge naturally would not allow Clive to discuss the fact that he
had been denied his Constitutionally guaranteed right to Counsel in
front of the Jury and she forced Clive to delete the comment on this
slide stating: "If The Defendant Has Been Denied His Right To Counsel In
Violation of The Constitution How Can You Find The Defendant Guilty of
Anything? It’s Not A Fair Trial" |
