NOA - Saving the World
& Not NWO OWNing It
At every level of government across the United States of America
corruption abounds. The same is true in almost every 'civilized'
nation.
The declaration of independence today has as much, if not more
relevance than it did on July 4, 1776.
What and how, has this destruction of this great nation and the world
come about?
“Novus Ordo Seclorum” the words on the Great Seal of the United
States of America, declared a “New Order of the Ages” (NOA). NOA
established a new order, an order where “we the people” were our own
government, the people were sovran and no one was sovereign over us.
There is no king, queen or pope in the United States of America, no
sovereign to lord it over us. Today, however, the government certainly
lords it over the people, demanding six to eight months of their wages
and mortgaging all the people own. Today in America we the people are
merely tenants and surfs to what in all reality the bank owns.
Administrative agencies rule supreme, making up code, judging and
ticketing us on the spot. Our accuser, judge, jury, executer and
legislator all wrapped up and departmentalized in an administrative
agency under an administrative agency.
Today, the government in the USA does not promote NOA, instead they
speak about and promote a so called New World Order (NWO). What is the
New World Order they seek to promote and where did it come from and is
it American? The NWO is noting new, in fact the NWO is everything the
old, one might just as well call it the Old World Order or OWO. OWO is
the old way, the world where a hierarchical chain of administrative
controls and offices overlay each other up a daisy chain of command to
the ultimate sovereign code. The OWO which deceptively calls itself the
NWO simply seeks to OWN everything and everyone, placing them under the
sovereign ‘reign’ of the Universal Commercial Code, a code that is
controlled by the Pope, the ultimate Old World Order.
The ancients foresaw the OWO passing away and NOA rising up out of
the flood of inhumanity and irresponsibility of mankind. People should
be living in peace, not in constant war. The Old World Order, that calls
itself the New World Order depended on war and conflict in order to
sustain it’s control and domination of the earth. “Conflict induces
change”, “The end justifies the means” are the mantra of the so-called
NWO. In effect the only change their conflict induces is the change from
your pocket into their pocket, money being their root of evil. Money,
also known as ‘mammon’ is certainly the root of all evil. Fiat-based
monetary systems serve as the servant to the master and slave driver of
the sovereign.
Bankers, the foremost of whom are the Rothschild’s, formerly the
Bauer’s of Frankfurt, have become the banksters of the Vatican, they own
America and most of the word through their deception and fraud.
TO FIND A SOLUTION YOU NEED
TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM
There are somewhere between six and nine billion people on earth and
trillions upon trillions of other lives. Understanding nature is
the start of understanding how to build systems that can scale to
support this magnitude of life. This is the domain of Massively
Scalar Systems.
In nature, when a cell grows, at a certain size, it
splits into two
identical cells, each equipped with it’s own control and command
infrastructure.
Scalar systems cannot be host-centric
 To scale (grow), a system must
be autonomous.
It must be built of small individual components
that can stand all by themselves.
Systems must be built from the bottom
up and not top down.
In an autonomous system, control is decentralized,
there is no chief or head, each system can operate independently and on
it’s own.
Massive systems fail if they are dependant on a single point of control
and coordination. Imagine if you had to call the Pope to get
permission to have a baby. Or if a bird had to get permission to
fly from it's nest. Life lives on independence and autonomous,
distributed self-control. This is equivalent to governance by "We the People".
Communications and control must be
decentralized, autonomous and intelligent.
 The
very construct of a One-World Government is insane. The
ideas of the New World Order (NWO) which is nothing less than
the Old World Order (OWO) an oligarchy and cabal of crazy
banksters who have robbed the world with fraudulent fiat-based
banking with one intent: The NWO wants to OWN everything.
One-World Government with the United Nations heading the
hierarchy of control of administrative agency upon
administrative agency, simply will not scale. And the Pope
controlling the Universal Commercial Code is as insane.
Throughout history code-based systems have repeatedly grown out
of control and broken down. If there is any code, it must
be simple, straight forward and short. Thousand's of codes
will only ensure that the system breaks down.
 NOA is the only way to save the world from the impending flood.
The New Order of the Ages and the elimination of hierarchical
control imposed by kings, queens the pope and their
administrative agencies can only spell a disaster that will
drown in bureaucracy. "We the People" must rise up to our
responsibility of self governance. This is the "Novus Ordo
Seclorum" or "New Order of the Ages" the visionary founders and
prophets perceived in the United States of America. And
this is why the OWO (Old World Order) under the disguise of the
NWO (New World Order) has every intent to drown NOA (New Order
of the Ages). To bring the prophecy to fruition the pyramid
must be capped and inverted.
Many
of us perceived the pyramid and all-seeing eye on the one
dollar bill as a New World Order thing. We identified it
with the evil bankers. However, the pyramid on the dollar came
from the Founders of the USA.
The Fed stole the great seal
of the United States of America and printed it on the fraudulent
note, just the same way they stole the idea of New Order of the
Ages and called themselves the New World Order.
This is the darkness claiming to be light. Those claiming
to be the illuminati are the dark dimwits who are everything
evil.
The dark evil dimwits call themselves the "Illuminati"
committing crimes under the color of law.
 When
the light is shone on evil, darkness goes away. When all
can see the truth, there is no place for corruption. This
is the all seeing eye, when all see.
The light is being shone on the practices of those who call
themselves the New World Order, the Pope, the family of 300, the Bilderberg Group, the Counsel on Foreign Relations. This
minority of revolutionaries, an oligarchy of banksters who's
actions do noting but exterminate and destroy civilization.
The Enemy?
Those calling themselves the New World Order are the
Old World Order. Those claiming to be Masons are Jesuits.
Those who are
Jesuit's are not Catholic, they are the most unholy and evil
organization from which the Mafia, Gestapo and other evil
organizations have been born to manifest Lucifer to snuff out

Learning From Technology
"OO" Separation Of Interface From
Implementation
The
Object-Orientated construct in computer programming can be
applied equally as well to political, society and organizational
constructs as it can be applied to building successful software.
In OO, the interface is separated from the implementation. That
is, to communicate with an object, one does not need to know how
the object is built, you need not concern yourself with the
inner workings of the object, all you need to know about the
object is the interface.
 A
classic example of OO design is your car. All you need to know
to drive a car is the interface between yourself, the steering
wheel, the accelerator, brakes and the other ‘interfaces’ such
as the key, the door handle, the seat etc.
Many of these interfaces are inherent and inbuilt, it’s
generally not necessary to instruct a person on how to sit in a
car seat, you may however want to show them how to put on the
seat belt. These are the interfaces to the car.
The driver need not know anything about the workings of an
internal combustion engine, the carburetor fuel injection
system, timing systems etc. Actually, these internal components
to the "car object" can be switched out without any impact on
the driver. The gas engine could for example be switched with an
electric engine and the interfaces, the steering wheel, the
accelerator and brake, remain exactly the same from one vehicle
to the other. This is the construct of Object Orientation.
Massively scalar systems (systems that can grow very large),
employ
OO constructs. The building blocks of the massively scalar
system are independent and autonomous. You can build a large
building with small bricks. Each brick in itself is an
autonomous object with common interfaces on four sides. When one
tries to build a three story building using bricks the height of
the building, you run into problems. Build an oven to cure a
nine meter high (30ft) brick gets expensive, however, building
an oven to cure the regular size brick is simple. The same
applies to government and society.
 Learning from Computers
In the computer and networking world we were forced to
address massively scalar constructs, fortunately in
environments that are most of the time, devoid of politics.
A classic comparison could be made between IBM's System
Network Architecture (SNA) and DARPA's Transmission Control
Protocol / Interrupt Protocol (TCP/IP). Internet is
built on top of TCP/IP. SNA on the other hand utilized
a host-centric or top-down design. Some chief mahoona
at the top decided what the sub-ordinate controllers and
routers below their levels could do. In a sense, in
the SNA construct, if a little low level computer wanted to
have a baby, well, it would first have to get permission
from the Pope.
TCP/IP, the Internet Protocol, on the other hand was
vastly more liberal. When a message gets sent down the
internet, each router it gets to independently decides what
to do with it. Say, for example a network wire gets
cut connecting two routers, the router on Internet could
decide that it can send the message down another active wire
to another router which could rout the message around the
broken network connection. This autonomous,
distributed management construct builds a very robust
network architecture and a system that can scale to support
massive numbers of users and transactions.

COMMON METHODOLOGY THROUGHOUT THE AGES
The methodology employed by these evil groups to enslave
followers
 has differed little over time. The
Aztec
Priests knowing the movement of the sun were able to predict
solar eclipses and the change in the seasons. They
used this basic knowledge to enslave the masses.
Leading the ignorant masses to believe that if they did not
rip out the heart of some hapless victim, the sun would not
come up or emerge out of the eclipse. Their underlings
who performed the murders were thus culpable and guilty by
association.
 Knowing full well that if the masses ever
found out that their leaders were duping them regarding the
sun, the masses would rise up and destroy them, the Priest's
crime kept their secret secure.
What is surprising is
how easily the public can be fooled. It does not take
a brain surgeon to realize that allowing a band of
foreigners to make U.S. Dollars out of nothing will quickly
end up in the bank owning everything and hiring
criminals to
maintain status quo. The fraudulent fiat-monetary
system feeds on itself and the crime accelerates.
Money is the root of all evil.
We are entering the New Renaissance. Just as the
printing press ushered in the last Renaissance and
Reformation, computers and Internet which represent the
great printing press of humanity are ushering in the New
Renaissance and the Second Reformation by shining light on
the corrupt practices of the minority of revolutionaries
that have brought about change and the destruction of our
Constitution and NOA.
However, in order to be what the Untied States of America
must be, We the People have to comprehend that we are the
government. We cannot look to some king, queen or
Pope to save US! We must save ourselves, WE ARE THE
GOVERNMENT! Those working for the government are our
public servants, they must obey us!

LAW AND ORDER
The FBI is an agency created by the Federal Executive
Office. Executive Office Agencies have no lawful jurisdiction in the States
or over the people!
The Sheriff is meant to be one of us, a part-time position
with the authority to deputize any of us to help prosecute
criminals. However, we need to go back to the
Constitution to learn who is responsible for enforcing the
laws of the Union:What is the Militia? It's not the
Army, Navy, Air Force or
National Guard. The Militia is US, we the people form the Militia,
just as we the people form Grand Juries. This is OUR
responsibility not the government's responsibility.
That's why the Old New World Order crew has so desperately been
attempting to bad-mouth the Militia, or make sure the public has no
idea what their responsibility is. We the People form the
Militia, the Militia is meant to be our modern day equivalent of the
Neighborhood Watch responsible for keeping our public servants in
check.
We need to make ourselves available as part of
the Militia to Congressmen who respect and obey the Constitution
like Ron Paul and the small handful of brave men and women who
respect and obey the oath of office they took to uphold the
Constitution for the United States of America. Call them and
ask them to supply you with arms and training so that you can
enforce the Laws of the Union which is the Constitution.

LAWLESS PROSECUTION
When
sheriffs arrest people in your County and the District Attorney and
Judges prosecute them without obtaining Grand Jury presentments or
indictments, the officials have violated the Law dictated by the
Fifth Amendment. When this happens, the Militia is responsible for going out
and forming a Grand Jury to obtain an indictment or presentment to
arrest and prosecute the officials who violate the Law. YOU
ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THE CONSTITUTIONAL
LAW. If you
leave it up to the Old New World Order crew, what do you think will
happen? Do you think criminals will prosecute themselves?

A realization that the secret lies within US is slowly dawning
again in the USA. Each of us needs to rise to self control.
We need to love our neighbor as our self. To be self
governing, one needs self control. Self control is built out
of training and discipline, this is 'education'. And you most
certainly can not depend on the government for education, that would
be worse than depending on the government to run your church.
Separation of Church and State is important, but not nearly as
important as Separation of School and State. If you let the
State run School, you will grow up thinking that
Abraham Lincoln was
honest! If you let the State run School, you will grow up not
knowing anything about the law and your rights, you will grow up as
a puppet and servant to the banksters who will rob you of
everything. State school will only make you a fool.

If you were to fund a terrorist organization, would you be

Congressperson why America invaded Iraq?
When a billion dollars of Iraqi oil is sold, the buyer must

Without drilling for any oil, or even owning an oil well, the

What is so astonishing is watching financial analysts and
politicians ignoring the most fundamentally insane construct of
allowing a band of thieves to make money out of nothing!
They will go in depth into analysis of the economy and world,
however they will ignore the blatant and irrefutable underlying
problem. Do they not know? Do they not care?
Do they have a brain?
However, in a final analysis, clearly Congress, the Executive
Office and our Judiciary function more to establish terrorism
than any other function. Conflict induces change is the
Hegelian Dialect under which their masters, the owners of the
Federal Reserve Bank, have operated for centuries. And
they are doing a dam find job of causing conflict.
The USA
today is not only the World's Worst Prison State armed to the teeth with
Weapons Of Mass Destruction, it is the only Nation in the world who
actively deploys Weapons Of Mass Destruction. Today the USA not
only threatens it's own people it threatens every person in the world
and the very existence of life in the world. Carefully consider
the impact of the Agent Orange the US sprayed all over Vietnam.
Agent Orange is now making it's way into the ocean with devastating
consequence. Not happy with the millions killed in Vietnam, the
banksters took their military, the US military into the Gulf to

JUSTICE OR JUST US?
Is justice in the US anything less than "Just US" a cabal of
criminals in our courts wearing black robes and pretending to be
the law? Lawyers who would be barred from office pursuant
to the
13th Amendment tell us that Case Law is the law of the land.
However, if judge's rulings and 'interpretation of the law'
determines the law, then that would imply that the Judiciary is
the legislature, and we know that is not the case. So how
on earth have we been conned into believing that Case Law is
law? How have we allowed the British Accreditation Registry to
take control of our Courts?
As bad, in blatant violation of their own Judiciary Act,
these judges insist that anything we bring to court may be taken
into 'their court of equity'.
Section 16 of the Judiciary Act states in simple terms: "And
be it further enacted, That suits in equity shall not be
sustained in either of the courts of the United States, in any
case where plain, adequate and complete remedy may be had at
law. "
The criminals wearing black nighties in our court houses
along with the Judas's that make up the District Attorneys
offices and cops throughout the US have a fine racket going.
They make themselves jobs with false prosecution, claiming the
right to prosecute on "information", i.e. whatever
bullshit they can dream up of. Using codes that are not
even law, any malicious prosecutor could find Christ guilty of
whatever they wanted. |

RECOVERING THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA Bringing back "Novus Ordo
Seclorum", the "New Order of
 the
Ages" is not as hard as it may seem. All is certainly not
lost.
Forget the courts they are nothing less than a cabal of
criminals.
Forget Washington DC and politicians they are bought and paid
for.
Look no further than yourself and your neighbor. Within
Novus Ordo
Seclorum the secret lies. In this New Order of the Ages,
you are sovereign, you are the master and government is your
slave, so make it so.
By focusing locally you can save the world. The Judges,
Cops, DA's and Board of Supervisors in your county all have to
take an oath of office to uphold the Constitution for the United
States of America. If they violate that oath of office, if
they disobey Constitutional law they are lawbreakers and must be
prosecuted. YOU are responsible for prosecuting the
government do not in the first instance think that the
government will prosecute itself.

ACT RESPONSIBLY, DOUBLE YOUR INCOME,

Consider this, would you like to double your income and make your

people who would refuse such an opportunity. However, it's

Almost every tax in the USA is in blatant and outrageous
violation of the Law. The tax law is simple, straight
forward and easy to understand.
The Constitution which is the highest law in the land, does not
prohibit tax, however, it dictates that there may be no direct
tax or uneven tax other than a uniform tax apportioned among States
(Apportioned = to divide equally amongst the people)
Article 1, sec 2, 8 & 9 U.S. Constitution. Taxes unlawfully
collected must be paid back to the person to whom they were
unlawfully taken from. That's the law. The Federal Reserve
Bank along with your local banks make money out of nothing and
lends it to you to purchase a home. If they made the money
out of noting do you owe them anything? Why should the
Rothschild’s, Rockefeller's, Lazard's from France, Israel Moses
Seaf of Italy, the Kuhn's and Warburg's from Germany, the Lehman
Brothers and Goldman Sachs and a few other
owners of the Federal
Reserve Bank be allowed to make money out of nothing?
It's pretty dam obvious, if you let someone make money out of
nothing, before long they will own everything, and that is the
situation we are in today and exactly what Jefferson warned
about when he said "If the American people ever allow the banks
