Retaining Rights
U.S. Constitution 9th Amendment: “The enumeration in the
Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or
disparage others retained by the people.” U.S. Constitution 10th
Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the
States respectively, or to the people.” The Federal Government has
no authority to grant itself any rights not specifically delegated to to
it by the Constitution.
When the Federal Government assumes rights it has no legal right to,
then the Federal Government commits treason and has no lawful authority.
When the government commits treason it is the duty of the public to
restrain and punish the government, this no doubt is the crux, core and
heart of the 2nd Amendment. If the people do not have more power
than the government then a treasonous and criminal government will
overpower the people and tyranny results. As is the case to this
very day. The Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act the Federal
Reserve Banking Act amongst most of the so-called laws and "executive
orders" the Federal Government have passed hold as much lawful authority
as what they pass when they go to the toilet. The only means these
criminals have to enforce their treason and crimes against humanity is
that their arms are bigger than we the people. Thus the 2nd
Amendment is crucial in ensuring the government obey their own laws and
this is why the New World Order is desperate to eliminate guns outside
of their direct control. |
