Grand Jury
The primary purpose of a Grand Jury is circumvent governmental
corruption to indict criminals. In other words the purpose of the
Grand Jury is to find probable cause to charge someone with a crime:
5th Amendment: "No person shall be held to answer for a
capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or
indictment of a Grand Jury.."
NOTE: You have a 5th Amendment right to insist that you be not
put on trial without the indictment of a Grand Jury. In other
words, the public prosecutor must first get you publicly indicted by
a grand jury which with most of the nonsense filed against
individuals, can be difficult. For any felony you should
insist on this right.
Consequentially, the Grand Jury is not something managed or
controlled by the government. District Attorneys, Prosecutors,
Judges, Lawyers, or any officers of the court or any government
officials have no place or function in Grand Juries. Grand Juries
belong exclusively to "We the People" they are free of any control of
the government or court. Jurors on Grand Juries are not managed by
any judge, they are free to conduct their own investigations, gather
their own evidence. The Grand Jury is a body of laymen, free from
technical rules, acting in secret, pledged to indict no one because of
prejudice and to free no one because of special favor.

On indictment buy a Grand Jury the Public Prosecutor / District
Attorney must prosecute the case and bring the accused to trial.
To form a Grand Jury one only needs to randomly select 24 individuals
from your County. The Grand Jury can conduct their own hearings
and investigations as they feel fit which includes issuing subpoenas to
summon witnesses by process and compel testimony and the production of
evidence generally from anyone, including any government officials.
Grand Juries can examine witnesses in the absence of their counsel and
without informing them of the object of the investigation or their
relationship to the case (the 5th and 6th Amendment does not apply since at this
point no criminal proceedings has yet been instituted against the
witness/respondent). Furthermore, nothing can be excluded from a
Grand Jury and witnesses can be questioned through the use of unlawfully
seized evidence. It is not necessary to inform a witness that they may
be indicted, and a witness who lies to a grand jury is guilty and
punishable for perjury.
Every citizen has an obligation, which may be onerous at times, to
appear and give whatever aid he may to a grand jury

within the U.S. It is yet another core element of the Constitution
that our Judges, Prosecutors and Police are repeatedly and criminally
