BACKGROUND: Following the Santa Cruz Sheriff Shooting Instructor
shooting at Clive in response to another false 911 call made by
Anamaria, the Courts refuse to allow Clive to finalize his divorce which
they have now dragged out for more than five years. On July 12, 2002,
Clive’s ex Anamaria was
ordered out of their family home and Clive was ordered to pay her out
following her first two false calls to CPS & 911 (See
Court Orders Here). Clive paid Anamaria out for his home through
distribution of assets which included $180,000 Anamaria quietly
transferred from joint accounts while she was having an affair with
Clive’s Personal Assistant Stafan Tichatschke. Following the
assassination attempt on Clive that was made under the guise of yet
another false 911 call made by Anamaria, the government carried out a
massive malicious prosecution campaign against Clive, including seven
false cases, four false arrests, two sham trials & jail sentences of six
months & twenty one days, including the kidnap of Clive’s children. A
key strategy by the government has been to prevent Clive from finalizing
his divorce or remove Anamaria from the title to Clive’s home,
preventing Clive from refinancing & raising any capital to defend
himself or sue the government. Over & above signing off title to Clive’s
home, Anamaria owes Clive a significant amount including her liability
in the lawsuit Clive & his companies filed against the government &
Anamaria at which Anamaria refused to even make an appearance & lost the
case by default. Absurdly corrupt courts leave Clive no alternative but
to seek public assistance.

For Christmas 2007, 5,000 of the
Christmas cards below were sent to residents in Santa Cruz.
My boys & I wont be able to talk this Christmas.
Because Santa Cruz Sheriff Shooting Instructor shot at me in front
of my kids.
To cover up, the Sheriffs, DA and Judges filed 7 false cases against
me.
I broke no law but was sentenced to 6 months in jail for driving
27mph down my private road & 21 days in jail for rescuing my 3 year
old son my ex abandoned on a learner ski run.
They ordered I not communicate with my boys.
Nearly five years later they still keep my boys hostage.
Monday to Friday & Christmas my kids & I won't even be able to
talk to each other. On Mar 10, 2003, I filed a TRO to stop my ex
from making false 911 calls again. When I got home there were cops
in my driveway so I went to put my boys in our home so I could show
the cops the TRO I just filed. While waiting for my garage door to
open, Santa Cruz Shooting Instructor, Michael Macdonald, ran down my
driveway & shot at me from 5 to 7ft. He was responding to another
false 911 call my ex wife Anamaria & former Personal Assistant
Stefan Tichatschke made. To cover up the attempted murder, Santa
Cruz DA Bill Lee & his Ass. Stephen F. Drottar & colleagues filed 7
false cases against me. Judges Samuel S. Stevens, Michael E. Barton,
former Art Danner & Com. Irwin Joseph, Trilla Barke & others banded
together to give me sham hearings & trials. They took my kids who
lived with me & gave them to my ex & won't give them back. They
won't let me refinance my home or finalize my 5+ year divorce. They
wiped out my companies. The courts won't let me sue them. How is it
that cops, judges, DA's & ex-wives can break the law, but dad's get
shot at, thrown in jail on false charges & our kids are kidnapped?

Criminals of the Bench - Crooked Judges
Many of the judges in our courts are not just bad characters
or incompetent dedication makers, they are nationally renowned
criminals. Astonishingly, when challenging the blatant
'out in the open crimes' committed by government officials, they
government turns around and claims that they cannot be held
accountable for any crime because they have "sovereign
immunity". Certainly today our government is vastly more
out of line than the government of King George of England before
the American Revolution.
In Clive's case, two of the nationally renowned judges were
"Lying Judge James Ware" and the artful "Art Danner". When
Danner was caught out red handed committing crimes while he was
the DA for Santa Cruz County, all he needed to do was simply
resign without any prosecution or consequence. He was
almost immediately appointed a Judge by Governor Wilson (That's
the guy who more Californians turned out to vote to have kicked
out than any election to put politician in). California's
Judicial Nominations Committee, an organization who would
generally approve a dog to be a judge, however, rated two out of
Governor Wilson's 678 judicial nominations as "Not Qualified",
Art Danner being one of the two. However, even that was
not enough for the Artful Danner to take the bench where he
reigned with criminal intent and "sovereign immunity".
It was Danner who gave Clive an absurdly sham trial,
literally striking and testimony in Clive's favor and ordering
the jury he had rigged to not consider it while allowing the
cops to submit known lies, hearsay and double hearsay to the
jury for, according to Danner, "informational purposes only".
Danner flat out refused to allow any evidence such as the cops
own 911 tapes and reports to be submitted before the jury as
evidence as that evidence also proved beyond any remote degree
that Clive was categorically innocent of the crimes the sheriffs
who had attempted to murder Clive in front of his children and
the new Santa Cruz DA Bob Lee and his Ass. Stephen Drottar had
filed against Clive to maliciously prosecute Clive so as to
cover up the serious crimes they has committed against Clive.

shows how our Courts are utterly out of control and how the
courts and appellate system are utterly rigged, criminally, to

know they can get away with committing crimes and giving
absurdly sham trials because the appellate system is entirely
controlled by their colleagues and is a maze of absurdly costly,
timely, complex and irrational 'snakes and ladders', guaranteed
to ensure that only one percent or so of appeals are successful.
The U.S. Department of Justice statistics that show
the U.S. has more
people in Jail, Prison & on Probation than all the other Nations
of the world, combined, perhaps drives this point home more
effectively than any other.
Lying Judge James Ware's association with Clive's cases is
somewhat more interesting. Mr. Ware achieved notoriety and
a position on the bench with another horrifying story about when
he was a kid his brother being shot off the handlebars of his
bicycle in racial riots. However, the only problem with
Mr. Ware's story was that he was no where to be found when James
Ware's brother was shot off his brothers bicycle's handlebars.
The story was true, except it was another James Ware who was
driving he bicycle, someone who was totally unrelated to Judge
James Ware, hence the name "Lying James Judge Ware".
Despite national exposure of Judge James Ware's lies, he
remained and ideal candidate for our 'criminal' courts.
Clearly there is an underlying goal in our government to appoint
and maintain criminals onto the bench as judges.
When Clive sued the government for is seventh false arrest,
the case was brought before Lying Judge James Ware. When
Clive told Judge Ware that the cops had shot at him in front of
his children, Judge Ware asked Clive if he was on some sort of
drugs (perhaps that was Lying Judge James Wares problem).
After indicating in court that a summary judgment would be
awarded to Clive if the copy who arrested Clive did not make any
appearance, Judge Ware quietly unlawfully dismissed Clive's case
after the hearing before there could be any more hearings.
Ironically, in the hearing just before Clive's, Lying Judge
James Ware dismissed a case brought against the government to
force the Nuclear Regulatory to make a ruling on the safety
issues relating to
Depleted Uranium. The Nuclear Energy Board has refused
to state one way or the other whether Depleted Uranium is
dangerous or not since the 1950's. Judge Ware claimed that he
had no subject matter jurisdiction over that case where a real
party of interest, one of us, brought the case against the
government. However, in Clive's case which was filed under
the 11th
Amendment, where there clearly was no Judicial subject
matter jurisdiction because of the 11th, Lying Judge James Ware
rushed to assume subject matter jurisdiction when he had none.

In May of 2002 when a GPS
in his wife's car revealed his wife was lying to him, Clive
caught his wife, Anamaria, having an affair with his Personal
Assistant, Stefan Tichatschke. After an attempt to save
the marriage, Clive and his wife agreed to separate amiably, or
at least that was Clive's understanding.
Anamaria, who had clearly been plotting the split for some
time, including transferring hundreds of thousands of dollars
out of the couples accounts, obviously had other ideas that were
fueled with advice coming from other divorced women and Santa
Cruz's Women's Crisis Center, which is where she obtained the
following 'California Divorce Strategy':
False CPS & 911 Calls
Anamaria made her first false CPS and 911 calls on July 2 and
9 of 2002. She started with calling in Child Protective
Services, the CPS lady made a surprise arrival at Clive's home
and interviewed Clive and his six year old son separately.
Clive who is an outstanding father had nothing to hide so she
left. The next Tuesday, after getting her passport from Clive
and checking that Clive's parents, who had flown over to try help
save their marriage, were not in the house, Anamaria picked up
the phone, called 911 and told the dispatcher that Clive was
assaulting her. Clive picked up another pone and told
the dispatcher that he certainly was not assaulting her. The
911 dispatcher sad that he had to dispatch the sheriffs, so
Clive asked if they could pick up is father and mother who were
out for their morning walk along Clive's road.
Four sheriffs in four separate patrol cars rushed up to
Clive's home in record time. The last sheriffs car picked up
Clive's mum and dad. The sheriffs told Clive to go to his
garage to interview Clive. In his garage the sheriff
started questioning Clive. Fortunately for Clive, Anamaria
blew it. She had obviously been told that if she told the
sheriffs her partner cut the phone line, then the sheriffs would
arrest him for kidnap. So when the sheriffs asked
Clive why he had cut the telephone line, Clive asked the
sheriffs how she had called them if he had cut the line. The sheriffs realized Anamaria was lying, so they
left without doing anything. However, Clive's son was
severely disturbed by the sheriffs rushing up to the home.
Clive literally had to take his little boy down to the
hospital's emergency room afterward.
Filing for Divorce
Somewhat unnerved by Anamaria's false calls, Clive went to
see a lawyer. The lawyer, Jim Danahur, advised Clive that
if Anamaria had injured herself then called 911, the sheriffs
would have arrested him. Clive immediately filed for
divorce and when to court that Friday. Judge Robert Atack
of the Santa Cruz Superior Court then ordered Anamaria out of
the home and split custody of the children and he ordered Clive
and Anamaria to go to a Level 2 Custody Examination.
Level II Custody Examination
A Level 2 Custody Examination is a detailed examination by a
court psychiatrist. Melissa Berenge, the Santa Cruz
Court's resident Ph.D. conducted the examination and helped
Anamaria and Clive reach a Stipulated Custody Agreement which
Judge Atack signed into an order on August 13 of 2002. At
the same time as the Custody examination, the couple went to
professional financial mediation with Chip Rose. Financial
Settlement?
Clive & Anamaria reached a financial settlement
agreement on Aug 8, 2002, all that was needed to finalize
the agreement was a home valuation. While waiting for the
valuation, so as to disrupt the
settlement process, Anamaria's lawyer, Vicky Parry,
rushed Clive to court demanding spousal and child support on Sep
4, 2002. Despite the fact that
Clive, following the Level 2 Custody Exam and Custody Agreement, was the
custodial parent, who paid for all the children’s costs, and
despite Clive having no income at the time, and despite the fact
that Clive was also paying for some of Anamaria's costs, Judge
Samuel S. Stevens, ordered Clive to pay Anamaria child support.
Stevens simply ignored all the legal precedent and the necessary
custody 'Disso Master' Calculations.
Judge Samuel S. Stevens Previous Criminal Behavior
In a 1997 lawsuit filed against Clive
by neighbors of his, where the neighbors attempted to use the
court to steal 130 large redwood
trees off Clive's property, along with part of his land and
$400,000, Judge Samuel S. Stevens attempted to rig the case
against Clive. Stevens who belonged, along with his kids, to the law firm who
had filed the false case against Clive, even refused a mandatory
dismissal in that case (§170.6).
The case went to jury trial.
Three days into the trial, realizing they were not going to scam
the jury, Clive's
neighbors confessed that they had lied, and asked for Clive's forgiveness.
Along with their insurance company they paid out $90,000 in damages. The case, however, cost Clive $130,000 to
defend himself and also wiped out Clive's company
Advanced Technical Strategy, Inc. along with the highly advanced
computer and networking seminar series Clive had developed.
Samuel S. Stevens was made to look like a complete fool, to say
the least. So when Clive's divorce case was brought before
Stevens, Stevens' criminal bent took revenge.
Continued Settlement Efforts
Despite the lawyers disruption of mediation and settlement,
Clive still sought to settle and worked with Anamaria and
reached a third Written Settlement Agreement and Contract on
November 14, 2002. The mediator, Chip Rose, went over the
Agreement and approved it, all that was required to completely
settle this divorce were the parties and their lawyer’s signatures
and a judge to put it into an order.
Emergency Ex Parte Hearing To
Grant Boyfriend Access To Children
- The Next Setup, William's The Bait
Anamaria's lawyer, Vicky Parry, however, refused to sign the
settlement agreement. Then Anamaria and her lawyer refused
to discuss or address the settlement any further. Instead
Anamaria and her lawyer sought to abuse the process starting
with disobeying the court order baring any contact with Anamaria's boyfriend Stefan Tichatschke
(Clive's former Personal Assistant) and the children.
On February 20, 2003, in an
emergency hearing, Anamaria somehow obtain a void emergency
order modifying the Stipulated Custody Order baring Tichatschke
from contact with the children. While the order was clearly
issued illegally and therefore not worth the paper it was
written on,
 Anamaria
still used it to setup up yet another situation. During
their son Richard's seventh birthday weekend celebration, after
Clive handed the boys over, Anamaria abandoned William
aged three, in the middle of a learner ski run, so
as to get Clive to come and rescue William. When Clive went to
rescue William, Tichatschke attempted to start a fight with
Clive while Anamaria made yet another false 911 call.
Clive picked up William and took him down the slope then left
for Santa Cruz with his boys. The first thing the next morning,
on Monday, Clive took his boys and went down to the Courthouse
to seek the courts protection from Anamaria's resumed 911 calls and to file a complaint against
Anamaria for dumping William in the middle of the learner ski
run as bait.
Follow the Law Get Shot At - Sheriff Shooting Instructors
For Hire
While Clive was at the courthouse, Anamaria made yet
another false 911 call, this time she lied by telling the
sheriffs that Clive was a former South African Elite Forces
Militant who was heavily armed, had assaulted her boyfriend and
was likely to harm her and the children! On his way back from
the courthouse, where he had filed a Temporary Restraining Order
and complaint, Clive arrived home to find a sheriffs patrol car
parked in his driveway and a sheriff off the side of the road
partly in the bushes with a gun. Deciding to first go and
put his kids in their home out of harms way, so that he could
come out an show the sheriffs the TRO, Clive
drove carefully and slowly past the sheriffs patrol car.
As he was waiting for his garage door to open, the deputy that
was off the side of the road, Deputy Michael Macdonald, ran down
Clive's driveway and shot at Clive from about five to seven feet
as Clive sat there in front of his garage. The round
slammed into the door panel next to Clive. As Clive
screamed "stop shooting, stop shooting!" Macdonald took aim to
take another shot. Sergeant Amy Christey ran down into the
drive and stopped Macdonald who was the Sheriffs Shooting
Instructor from taking a second shot.
William aged three was in the direct line of fire behind
Clive, Richard aged seven was about two feet off the line of
fire.
Hey If They Miss The Hit, There's Always Malicious
Prosecution To Cap It Off
Sgt. Christy ordered Clive to drive his car into his garage,
they closed the door behind him, and Clive showed Christy and
another Deputy, Mark Pool, the TRO he had just filed. While Clive was
talking to Pool, another Deputy, Brozozowisky, arrived.
Brozozowisky walked up behind Clive, grabbed Clive's wrist and
slammed a handcuff on so hard that it cut through Clive's skin.
While he crushed the handcuff down on Clive's wrist with his one
hand, Brozozowisky then drilled his knuckles of his other hand
into the nape of Clive's neck. Clive froze and started to
screaming for his neighbors to come and witness what they were
doing to him. From inside the garage, the neighbors who were
some distance away, could not hear or see what the cops were
doing to Clive. Clive's kids could though.
The cops then shoved and pushed Clive out of the garage and
locked him in their patrol car in Clive's driveway. From
the patrol car Clive saw Macdonald chasing his son William
across the the lawn. Mackdonald grabbed William and
carried him kicking and screaming back to the house. The
sheriffs then came to Clive and asked him to give them the keys
to his house because William had wet his pants and needed dry
pants. They refused to let Clive speak to or console his
sons or to let Clive go and get William some pants.

What When It's The Authorities Who Shoot At You & Kidnap Your Kids?
After searching for video surveillance equipment, they took Clive down to the Santa Cruz Jail, set his bail at
$150,000 fifteen times higher than the schedule, for the two
false felonies and two false misdemeanors: 'Felony assault with a deadly weapon'
(sort of ironic considering the sheriffs assaulted Clive with a
deadly weapon - Macdonald accused Clive of bumping him with
Clive's car, no injury, no proof, no evidence except that other eye
witnesses all testified the Clive drove safely); they also filed a
felony against Clive for 'driving feloniously down his
private road at an alleged 40mph - again no proof, despite the
fact that all of Clive's neighbors also drive at 40 mph down
their private road, and despite all the independent witnesses
said that Clive drove slowly. However, the 911 recording proved that on
that day Clive drove a slow 27 mph down his road on his way back
from the Courthouse. In their police report, the sheriffs
made up a complete lie, and said they were pursuing Clive because
Clive had committed a felony 278.5 PC, however, they never
charged Clive with any 278.5 PC. After shooting at Clive's
children they also had the audacity to charge Clive with a
misdemeanor "Child Endangerment" and after violently assaulting
Clive when falsely arresting him, they also filed a
misdemeanor against Clive for "Resisting Arrest".
Judge Michael E. Barton stepped in with the final and most vicious
blow. Barton ordered Clive not to communicate with his children
for three years. Barton even ordered that Clive's dad not communicate
with his grandchildren. One month after kidnapping the boys,
Anamaria took Richard, aged seven, to be interrogated by Ass. DA Stephen
E. Drottar and Investigator Michael Linsey to see if they could put
words in Richards mouth to trick him into being a witness against his

What The Sheriffs Knew Before They Shot At Clive
What the sheriffs knew at the time of shooting at Clive and
his kids is particularly disturbing, They knew Anamaria
had been ordered out of the family home eight months earlier for
making false 911 calls since it was that very office who
responded to the first false 911 call on July 9 of 2002.
They also knew Clive was returning home from the Courthouse
because the 911 record showed Anamaria had called them and told
him that she had just seen Clive at the Courthouse; and they
knew Anamaria had a stolen million dollar life insurance policy
on Clive's life, because Clive had reported the theft, also to
that very same sheriffs office in Santa Cruz.
However, this was just the beginning of a swath of malicious
prosecution against Clive to cover up the extreme malpractice.
The government would file a total of seven false cases against
Clive, falsely arrest him three more times and holding him in
jail without any right to bail for a six month sentence and a
twenty one day sentence after giving him absurdly sham trials.
The government's assaults on Clive lead him to study the law
and the government and that is why Liberty For Life Association
was developed. Out of these wrongdoings, hopefully a great
deal of right will emerge.
