Only Lawful Orders
Following Clive's ex, Anamaria Tichatschke's false CPS and 911 calls, Anamaria was ordered out of the family home, Clive was ordered to pay her out for the home in 30 days or sell the home, and Clive and Anamaria were ordered to undergo a Level 2 Custody Investigation by the Court Psychiatrist Dr. Melissa Berrenge. Following the Level 2 Custody Investigation, Dr. Berrenge made the following recommendations which Clive & Anamaria stipulated to. By Stipulating to these recommendations, the following Court Order is a Final Judgment and may not be set aside by any judge without both Clive and Anamaria agreeing to it.
