Manslaughter Charges Filed against Irwin Joseph, Anamaria Tichatschke and Vicki Parry
On May 14, 2008 Clive Boustred placed Joseph, Anamaria Tichatschke
and Vicki Parry on the following formal notice:
“12. Amy Miller rents a room from Clive Boustred at his homestead and
home at 210 Suncrest Drive, Soquel, CA 95073. Amy Miller is suffering
serious medial challenges and her life is at risk. Amy Miller is 
currently in Dominican Hospital having just moved from the Intensive
Care Unit and is expected to come home on the 13th of May. Said eviction
attempt is and will have severe medical ramifications for Amy Miller and
has already caused the poor woman extreme emotional stress.”
On May 23, 2008 Clive Boustred placed Irwin Joseph, Anamaria Tichatschke
and Vicki Parry on the following formal notice:
“Let it be Judicially Noticed that Amy Miller who rents a room at
Clive’s Homestead has just returned from extremely serious operations
and is in a critical condition. Let it be Judicially Noticed that Irwin
Joseph and the Respondent and her lawyers actions have caused Amy
considerable stress and it looks like she is going to have to go back to
hospital as a consequence and these irrational and illegal actions by
Respondents and Commissioner Irwin Joseph who have acted with complete
disregard to the law and ethics and they are literally putting Amy’s
life at risk.”
Irwin Joseph, Anamaria Tichatschke and Vicki Parry ignored Amy's condition and Irwin Joseph issued a void order to evict Clive from Clive's home. Amy who lived with Clive saw the order when she got out of hospital and for fear of these criminals who had shot at Clive moved out when she was still in a critical condition. The move killed her.
Santa Cruz Sheriffs and DA refuse to prosecute Irwin Joseph, Anamaria Tichatschke and Vicki Parry just as they refused to prosecute the attempted murder of Clive Boustred by Santa Cruz Shooting Instructor Michael MacDonald who on March 10, 2003 literally shot at Clive in front of Clive's children. Anamaria Tichatschke has repeatedly violated court orders and the Sheriffs do nothing to enforce the lawful court orders. What will this bunch of criminals now do to Clive?
