DECLARATION for CASE of CLIVE BOUSTRED
I, William J. Wagener, am the same as who put in the media request on March 6, 2009 to the Court Clerk of Santa Cruz County, and have the stamped copy stamped on that date at 10:09 am which has the name of Regina Rodriquez for the Clerk of the Superior Court of Santa Cruz County.
The Request was to Robert B. Attick for cases F17075, f17078 & M45132 and was for that date and any date thereafter for those cases and related matters.
At this time I am busy in Orange County California, at 700 civic Center Drive, main courthouse taping another criminal trial of People vs. Witherspoon, which is expected to continue from Monday to at least Thursday, and therefore have appointed Anthony J. Hilder to tape the matters civil and criminal concerning CLIVE BOUSTRED for my Cable and internet TV show, "On Second Tthought".
Since I did not hear back from the Clerk of Court, nor any judge in the CLIVE BOUSTRED matter either way, I concluded it was approved, as there is a presumption that if not denied for cause, it is accepted and deemed appropriate. Further it is in the best interests of the People of California to easily view public criminal trials and make their own judgements as to whether the system is dealing justly with any member of the body of the "People of California" for which the State Prosecutors represent themselves as representing.
Therefore, I believe it is appropriate that the Court, now permit and not obstruct Mr. Hilder or his assistant in video taping the matters concerning Mr. Clive Boustred now before the court this week, regardless of any objection.
The request was made 30 days ago, and the request form only asks for 5 days, in which it is clear that my request falls easily into that category which should be permitted. I understand and have communicated to Mr. Hilder that no Jury persons face should be video-taped.
I have attached my electronic signature to this Declaration and declare it to be true and correct to the best of my memory. Furthermore, if the Court needs me to appear by phone to confirm this matter, they may reach me through the clerk of the court in C-50 , Judge William Lamb, presiding; 2nd floor in Orange County Courthouse at 700 Civic Way, during their breaks or call me on my cell phone directly at 1-805-264-5556. I do hereby authorize either the clerk of Court or the Defendant to present this declaration to whomever may be presiding on these cases of CLIVE BOUSTRED. Had the Court notificed me in time I would be there.
